About PakEstamp
Pak E-Stamp is a private facilitation service operated by Enigma Solutions (Private) Limited. We assist customers with obtaining e-stamp papers through applicable official government e-stamping systems. PakEstamp is not a government department and does not provide legal advice.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate information required for the requested document or stamp.
- Review names, identification numbers, amounts, addresses and other material details before authorising processing.
- Use the resulting document only for lawful purposes.
- Seek independent legal advice where the legal effect, wording or suitability of a document is uncertain.
Fees and government charges
Where applicable, government stamp duty and PakEstamp service charges are identified separately before processing. Delivery or other optional charges may also apply and will be communicated before payment.
Processing and availability
Estimated processing or delivery times are not guarantees. Availability may depend on government systems, banking channels, internet services, verification requirements, delivery networks or incomplete customer information.
Verification
Customers should verify the issued e-stamp using the applicable official verification method or QR/e-stamp identifier where available.
Limitation
PakEstamp is responsible for providing its facilitation service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for decisions made by government authorities, banks, registrars, courts, delivery providers or other independent third parties, or for delays caused by their systems.
