Refund & Cancellation Policy

PakEstamp refund and cancellation guidance for service fees, government stamp duty, issued e-stamps and customer corrections.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

Before processing starts

If you need to cancel, contact PakEstamp as soon as possible. A request can be reviewed for cancellation before government duty has been deposited, an e-stamp has been issued, or material processing work has begun.

After government payment or issuance

Government stamp duty, government charges and amounts already paid into government systems may be non-refundable or may be subject to the relevant authority's own cancellation/refund procedure. PakEstamp cannot promise a refund of government amounts once they have been deposited or an e-stamp has been issued.

PakEstamp service fees

Any refund of a PakEstamp service fee depends on the stage of work already completed, direct costs incurred and the circumstances of the request. If PakEstamp cannot complete a paid service because of an error attributable to us, we will review the service-fee component and offer an appropriate remedy.

Incorrect customer information

If an e-stamp must be recreated because information supplied or approved by the customer was incorrect, additional government charges and service fees may apply.

How to request cancellation

Contact us with your order reference, customer name, phone number and reason for the request. We will confirm the applicable status and any available refund or correction route before taking further action.
