Privacy Policy
How PakEstamp collects, uses, protects and shares personal information when customers enquire about or request e-stamp facilitation services.
Last updated: 1 September 2026
Information we may collect
Depending on the service requested, PakEstamp may receive contact details, names, identification details such as CNIC information where required for the relevant stamp, document purpose and party details, property or transaction information, correspondence sent through WhatsApp or email, payment confirmation information, delivery information, campaign parameters, cookie identifiers and basic website analytics.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and process e-stamp requests.
- To prepare information required by the applicable e-stamping process.
- To confirm payments, provide delivery and customer support, and maintain order records.
- To prevent misuse, resolve disputes and comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
- To improve website reliability and customer experience.
- To measure marketing performance, prevent duplicate conversion reporting and understand which campaigns lead to enquiries or orders.
Who information may be shared with
Information is shared only where needed to provide the requested service, such as with applicable government e-stamping systems, payment or delivery providers, authorised service providers, or where disclosure is required by law. Website measurement and advertising-event information may be processed by providers such as Google Analytics and Meta. We do not sell customer document data.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
PakEstamp may use first- and third-party technologies including Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. These tools can receive page and campaign information, browser or cookie identifiers and events such as starting an order, contacting support or submitting an order. The browser and server versions of the same order event may share a random event identifier so the advertising platform can count one conversion instead of two. Sensitive document contents and CNIC values are not intentionally sent as analytics event parameters.
You can restrict cookies using your browser controls or contact PakEstamp with a privacy question. Blocking measurement technologies may reduce reporting accuracy but should not prevent you from requesting the core service.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, record-keeping, dispute handling, security and applicable legal obligations. Access should be limited to authorised personnel and service providers with a legitimate operational need.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with your order, request correction of inaccurate information, or ask whether information can be deleted where no legal or operational retention requirement applies.
