Property sale and gift deed e-stamp intake

Start a structured request for a sale, conveyance, exchange, partition, transfer of rights or a property gift. PakEstamp collects the property and party details needed for official-workflow review.

Property details to keep ready

  • Seller and buyer, or donor and donee, identity details
  • Complete location, area and property identifiers
  • Transaction type and ownership share being transferred
  • Declared transaction or government value where applicable
  • Existing mortgage, charge, loan or other encumbrance information

For a gift request, the assistant also asks whether money or other consideration is paid and how the parties are related, because those facts can affect the workflow.

An e-stamp does not by itself complete a property transfer. Execution, witnesses, attestation, registration, taxes, approvals or other requirements may apply. Obtain qualified legal and property advice.

Property e-stamp questions

What information is normally needed?

Party details, property location and identifiers, the type of transaction, ownership share, value and encumbrance information.

Is a gift treated the same as a sale?

No. A gift and sale are different transactions, and consideration, relationships and location may affect the official category.

Does the e-stamp complete the transfer?

No. It is one part of the applicable process; additional legal and registration steps may apply.
