Verification steps
Identify the issuing authority
Check whether the document was issued through Punjab, Islamabad Capital Territory or another official system.
Open the official verification service
Use the verification link printed on the document or navigate to the issuing authority's official website. Avoid entering identity details on unofficial lookalike sites.
Compare the result
Match the e-stamp ID, document type, amount, date and party information against the issued document. A mismatch should be referred to the issuing authority or the service provider that handled the request.
What a successful check means
An online match helps confirm that the ID exists in the issuing system. It does not by itself confirm that the document wording is legally suitable, that every signature is genuine, or that the receiving authority will accept the document for a particular purpose.
Never share an OTP, password or full payment PIN with anyone claiming to verify an e-stamp.
